Meet Marwan...
Marwan Tarazi BVSc, MSc, MRCVS is married to Claudia and they have a 4 yr old daughter, Mikella who wants to follow in her dads foot steps and become a vet and Alexi who is one . Marwan and his family share their home with Charlie a 10yr old German shepherd dog, who still thinks he is a puppy, Lakritz a two year old one eyed black cat, Morriz, a six month old longhaired tabby and Polly who is a six month old black labrador.
Marwan graduated in 1996 from vet school and worked in a number of practices both in the UK and overseas.
Marwan has been living in the Peterborough area for the last 3-4 years and has worked locally in Hampton and the surrounding area.
“ I enjoy all aspects of small animal medicine and I am really looking forward to caring for pets and their owners in my own practice. My recent interest is in keyhole surgery as it is not very established in veterinary medicine but can offer a unique method of less invasive, less painful treatment, so making the pets recovery quicker and much less uncomfortable “.
Meet Jo...
Jo Gretton RVN always wanted to work with animals from a very young age. She started voluntary work at a practice in Peterborough at the age of 15, before going on to start her nursing training there.
After training for 3 years, Jo qualified, passing her final exams with distinction. She then moved to the practice's branch, at Hampton, where she became Head Nurse for over a year.
Wanting to further herself, Jo then started to work at a referral hospital, where she stayed for 2 and a half years, before starting this venture.
Jo currently has a pet cat called Baby
Meet Jean-Benoit......
JB is a European specialist in small animal surgery who holds the diploma of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons - one of only 61 in the UK. JB's specialist skills allow NuVet to offer referral consultations and surgery for complicated cases within NuVet's practice. This means that you will not have to travel to another hospital and that your vet will remain directly involved throughout your pet's treatment.
